AI4HF workshop with patients

The AI4HF project organised a dedicated workshop with patients to test the usability of the project’s website and to openly discuss their expectations, concerns, and perspectives on AI in heart failure care.

This workshop was a valuable moment of continuity and reflection with honest feedback on clarity, navigation, and accessibility of the website.

The biggest takeaway? 💭

Developing a “body system” that acts as a digital assistant for the patient can truly make the difference (providing patients with a tailored health record, ensuring that everything is under control…).

By listening carefully and adapting accordingly, the project continues to move forward with a clear objective: developing adaptative solutions that are not only technically sound, but also understandable, ethical, and genuinely useful for the people they are designed for.
