While patients recognise the value of innovation and data, they are equally clear about AI supporting care, not replacing it, and never at the expense of the human connection with clinicians.
They see strong potential for AI to improve prediction, monitoring, and personalisation. But this potential can only be realised if solutions are transparent, meaningful, and grounded in lived experience.
